Rachael Katherine Howard

 

I have been writing from the moment I could hold a crayon. These days this means performing the fine balancing act between my family life, full-time job and love of writing.

My work can be characterised by taking broken people, putting them under pressure and seeing what happens. I'm interested in the minutiae of relationships rather than panoramic events.

These relationships have been tested in a number of genres and mediums but usually lean towards the surreal and macabre.

I also contribute regularly to Radio Cumbria Thought for Today.
